Before you send us your loved ones we want to highlight a few things:
Jeans need to be washed by you prior to sending otherwise there will be a $10 fee per piece.
Once we receive your jeans we will send you an invoice via email within 2 business days.
If you have not heard from us please check your spam filter or email us at email@example.com
If payment has not been made 60 days from the date your jeans were received and quoted we will donate them to charity. Prior to that you will receive at least two email reminders in addition to our original invoice. We hope you understand as jeans do pile up and take up a lot of space.
We ship your jeans via UPS and include $100 of insurance in case of loss or damage.
Jeans that are ready for pick-up will be held no longer than 90 days from the date they are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, they will be donated.
Extra insurance is available for an additional charge depending on the coverage amount. We will not refund cost of repair in case of loss or damage by the shipping carrier.
Denim Therapy has proven positive results for all jeans types and problems. We guarantee every effort will be made to repair jeans as best possible, however we are not responsible for disagreement on results. We are also not responsible on results for hem and resize measurements provided by the customer
International orders: If your jeans require servicing due to warranty, you are responsible to send your jeans back to us.
If we ship your jeans internationally, we use USPS and your jeans are not insured. Extra insurance is available for an additional charge depending on the coverage amount. Please note with this shipping method no tracking information is available.

By sending in your jeans you agree for before and after photos of your jeans to be shot and shared in social media. Denim Therapy cares about your privacy and will never reveal your identity.
